By accessing and using Tumago's food delivery and errand services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.
Orders: When you place an order through Tumago, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant and Tumago.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery: Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Tumago is not responsible for delays caused by restaurants, traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Address: You must provide an accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Tumago offers errand running services for various tasks. When requesting an errand:
- You must provide clear, accurate instructions
- You are responsible for ensuring the legality of the requested errand
- Tumago reserves the right to refuse any errand request
- Pricing is determined based on distance, complexity, and time required
- You agree to pay all costs associated with the errand, including purchases made on your behalf
Prohibited errands include but are not limited to: illegal activities, dangerous tasks, or anything that violates local laws and regulations.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other electronic payment systems.
Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize Tumago to charge the total amount of your order, including food costs, delivery fees, service fees, and applicable taxes.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion for cancelled orders, missing items, or quality issues. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your order and restrict your access to the Service until payment is resolved.
User Cancellations: You may cancel an order before the restaurant begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible, or cancellation fees may apply.
Restaurant Cancellations: Restaurants reserve the right to cancel orders due to item unavailability or other operational reasons. You will receive a full refund for restaurant-cancelled orders.
Modifications: Order modifications may not be possible once the order is confirmed. Contact customer support immediately if changes are needed.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm delivery riders or restaurant staff
- Submit false or fraudulent orders
- Use the Service to compete with Tumago
All content on the Tumago platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tumago or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
Tumago acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants/service providers. We are not responsible for:
- Food quality, preparation, or safety
- Allergic reactions or food-related illnesses
- Accuracy of restaurant menus or item descriptions
- Actions or omissions of delivery riders
- Loss or damage to property during errand services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tumago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tumago, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your conduct in connection with the Service

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tumago operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Is harmful to other users, restaurants, or riders
- Is harmful to Tumago's business interests
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the account deletion feature.
Tumago reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
